I’ll be honest: I was not in favor of having a consulting and training expert change our training. I thought we already had excellent training. We did a good job. But now I see that the science of training is not always intuitive. What she did makes so much sense. She used mathematical weights for factors affecting what we should train and the sequence in which it should be trained.
