Hello Meeting Planners,
Thank you for considering Jo Ann Canada for your event. We understand the complexity of the planning and coordination you are doing as meeting planners. We will work with you and adapt our efforts to help our part of your event be successful and easy for you.
� Jo Ann will customize her speech to fit precisely with your event. To do this, she will understand the purpose of your meeting or training session, the participant�s needs and the actionable results you are expecting.
� We will talk by telephone to ask you questions so we can customize Jo Ann�s presentation to meet your needs.
� We will send marketing information to meeting planners one month before your event, including Jo Ann�s introduction.
Staging / Set-up
To make sure this event is fully effective, we need meeting planners to provide the following items for Jo Ann:
� Raised platform or stage in the center of the front wall of the room. Please include steps with a handrail off the side of the platform. A table should be placed on the right front of the stage. Jo Ann will place demonstration items on this to use as she speaks. No podium is necessary.
� Jo Ann will use the full stage area and walk into the audience at times.
� If bright spotlights will be used, aim them for a general wash of the entire stage. Keep the house lights up throughout the presentation.
� Wireless lapel microphone and a wireless handheld microphone for audience participation.
Jo Ann has been a meeting planner for events and
